Free Guest WiFi - Terms & Conditions 1. The Service. This free guest WiFi network ("Free Internet text 202-8806768") is provided by Sentinel Global Tech, LLC ("Operator") as a courtesy. Access is a privilege, not a right, and may be refused, limited, suspended or revoked at any time, for any reason, without notice. 2. Account Required. To use this network you must create an account with your real name and a working email address, set a password, and accept these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your password. 3. Records We Keep. By creating an account and using this network, you understand and agree that the Operator keeps records of: your name and email address; the date and time you created your account and accepted these Terms; the date, time and duration of each session; the device and browser you connect with; and network traffic records (such as connection times, data volumes, and destinations) generated in the ordinary operation and monitoring of the network. These records are kept for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, and may be shared with law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect the network, the Operator, or others. 4. Confirmation Email. A confirmation email will be sent from admin@sentinelglobaltech.net to the email address you register with, confirming your account, your signup time, and your acceptance of these Terms. 5. Acceptable Use. You agree NOT to use this network to: break any law; infringe intellectual-property rights (including unauthorized downloading or sharing of copyrighted material); send spam; spread malware; attempt to access any other device, account, or network without authorization; harass, threaten, or harm anyone; or interfere with the network or other users. Adult or otherwise lawful content is your own responsibility; the Operator does not monitor content except as described in Section 3. 6. No Privacy Expectation on a Guest Network. This is a shared guest network. Do not use it for banking, health, or other sensitive activity unless you protect your connection yourself (for example with your own VPN). The Operator is not responsible for the security of your data in transit. 7. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability. The service is provided "as is," without any warranty of availability, speed, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this network. 8. Changes. The Operator may change these Terms at any time; the current version is shown on the signup page, and your continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. 9. Governing Law.
